About You: As a Customer Support Agent, we are looking for someone who embodies the following qualities:

  • Good general knowledge of cooking, food, kitchen equipment, and entertaining.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer expectations, requests, queries, and concerns across various communication channels (social media, email, live chat, and calls).
  • Collaborating with multiple teams within the organization in a collaborative manner.
  • Ensuring prompt fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Following system and operational processes.
  • Reporting on daily concerns and trends.
  • Collaborating with the Store teams to support a strong Omnichannel offering.

Key Skills Required: To excel in this role, the following skills are necessary:

  • Confidence in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with multiple communication methods and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in IT and comfort working with various software packages.
  • Exceptional listening, analysis, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support environment.
  • Additional customer-facing experience in hospitality or retail is advantageous.
